Ordering & files

Which file types can I upload?

JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 200 MB per photo. Upload the original file from your camera / phone rather than a copy compressed by chat apps.

What resolution do I need?

Ideally 300 dpi at the print size; at least about 150 dpi. For example, a 20×30 cm print looks best at about 2400×3500 pixels. When you upload, the website calculates this and warns you if the print may look blurry.

Why is part of my photo cut off?

Each print size has its own ratio (10×15 cm is 2:3, 13×18 cm is close to 5:7...). After uploading, drag the crop frame to choose the part you want to keep — your print matches the frame exactly.

Why do prints look different from my phone?

Phone screens emit light, so photos look brighter and more vivid than on paper. If a photo already looks a little dark on screen, the print will be darker — brighten it slightly before ordering.

Payment & delivery

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer with a VietQR code, and online payment (once enabled by the lab).

How much is shipping?

Within TP. Hồ Chí Minh: 25,000 ₫; other provinces: 40,000 ₫; free for orders from 1,000,000 ₫. See our Shipping policy.

When will I receive my order?

Total time = production time + delivery time. See Production times.

How do I check my order status?

Go to Track order and enter your order code (e.g. PP261007-AB12) and the phone number you used. With an account, see Account → My orders.

Accounts

Do I need an account to order?

No. An account keeps your cart on all devices and lets you see your order history.

Do studios / photographers get special prices?

Yes. Register a studio account; once approved you see and buy at wholesale prices for every product.

I want to change or cancel my order

Call to be updated as soon as possible — orders not yet printed can be changed or cancelled. See also Returns & claims.
