PrintPlus respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

• Order details: name, phone number, email, delivery address, notes
• Photos you upload for printing
• Account (if you create one): name, email, password (encrypted — we can't read it), studio name
• Messages you send through the Contact page

How we use it

• To print and deliver your order and contact you when needed
• To email you about your order status and password resets
• To answer your questions

We don't sell or share your information with anyone, except the delivery company (to deliver your order) and the payment gateway (when you pay online).

Your photos

Your photos are only used to print your order and are never used for marketing without your permission. They are kept for [To be confirmed: retention period, e.g. 90 days after the order is completed] so we can reprint if needed, then deleted.

Payments

Online payments are processed on the payment gateway's page; we don't store your card number or banking credentials.

Cookies
