By ordering on the PrintPlus website you agree to the terms below.

Orders & prices

• Prices are shown in Vietnamese dong (₫). Your order keeps the prices at the time you ordered, even if the price list changes later.
• An order is confirmed once we have checked the details and (for bank transfer / online payment) received the payment.
• We may refuse orders with unlawful content or contact details we can't reach.

Photos & copyright

• You confirm you have the right to use the photos you send for printing (you took them or have the author's permission).
• We don't print obscene, violent or offensive content, or anything unlawful in Vietnam.
• Copyright in your photos stays with you / the author.

Studio accounts

Wholesale prices are only for approved studio accounts. We may withdraw wholesale pricing if an account is misused.

Liability

We reprint or refund under our Returns policy, up to the value of the order.
